I’m in Shanghai, and getting my license for motorcycle in the next weeks.
I’m on the hunt for a second hand motorcycle.

I have two major questions, if anyone could help on that it would be great:

Where can I buy a second hand moto 250cc + legal plate in Shanghai?

Can the moto be changed to a newer one keeping the same plate?
