Took a few minutes today to put together an aggregator of motorcycle blogs from MBI.
It is quite a niffy little application that pulls the feed from the blogs. The summary can be expanded/collapsed and you can select different time period.

Today I installed a new tag plugin, went through all my old posts and started tagging every single post.
The plugin generate a very nice tag cloud which you can see by going to the Archive page.
What do I talk about most?
Well, it’s not difficult to see.

Since starting this blog, I became more attuned to all things motorcycle. I took second look at motorcycles on the road or in the parking lots. In the bookstore I look for motorcycle related books. On the web I surf for motorcycle sites.
Today I was at the Takashimaya National Library and found that they subscribed to the Cycle World magazine.
The magazine open my eyes to more things I do not know about motorcycles and motorcycling. New vocabularies like rake and trail as well as technical concept like progressive, straight-rate and dual-rate damping. Not only that, there are many products that I do not know exist.
While the Internet is a treasure chest of information, separating the gold (valuable information) from the rocks is still hardwork. Paying for a good old printed-paper magazine may be well worth it.
Any other good magazine you read to recommend?

Daelim Motor is a Korean motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1962.
From its beginning as Honda parts assembler for domestic market, Daelim is now exporting its motorcycle to the world.
In Singapore, I first came across the name while looking for my first bike.
Since I was restricted to the 125cc category, the Daelim Magma 125, with it’s good look was a natural candidate.
It was again a candidate when I upgraded to the Suzuki Marauder 125. In the end I did not choose it because I wasn’t convinced enough to try the Korean quality. The other nagging thoughts was whether maintenance and parts are available.
Do you own a Daelim? Let us know your thoughts.
