Jiangmen Dihao Motorcycle Co., Ltd. (江门市迪豪摩托车有限公司) is a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer based in Jiangmen, Guangdong province. The company produces motorcycle, engine, ATV, electric scooter and bicycle, generator and water pump.
Dihao’s motorcycles are marketed under the brand “Huoniao” and “Haotian” meaning “Firebird” and “Bold sky”. Motorcycles are exported throughout the world.

MBK is a French company based in Rouvroy. Started as Motobecane and Mobylette, it became known as MBK since 1984.
Established in 1923, Motobecane was a French manufacturer of bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, and other small vehicles. In 1981, Motobecane filed for bankruptcy, and was subsequently purchased by Yamaha and reformed in 1984 as MBK.
The French company continues to make motorscooters, and has no relation to MotobecaneUSA, which imports bicycles from Taiwan and China, manufactured to their specification under the Motobecane trademark.
